Delete your data

This page explains how to delete data associated with Hairline: Hair Loss Tracker, published by Stackedboost, on Google Play and the App Store.

1. Delete everything stored on your device

Your progress photos, your Hairline Check answers, your estimated stage and your routine are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us.

To erase all of it, do either of the following:

Open Hairline, go to Account, and choose Delete all data; or
Uninstall the app. Removing Hairline removes its on-device storage with it.

This is immediate and cannot be undone. We keep no copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

2. Request deletion of your purchase record

If you bought the optional one-time Full Access unlock, our purchase-management provider (RevenueCat) holds a small record so the app can tell that you paid.

To request its deletion, email trendtweekers00@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from the address you can be reached at, and include your Google Play or App Store order number if you have it. We action these requests within 30 days and reply once it is done.

What is deleted

On-device data (photos, Check answers, estimated stage, routine and adherence) — deleted instantly by you, in step 1.
Purchase record (an anonymous identifier generated for your install, and your purchase receipt) — deleted on request, within 30 days.

What is kept, and why

Transaction records held by Google Play and Apple. Your payment is processed by the store, not by us. Stores retain transaction records for their own tax, accounting and fraud obligations, and we cannot delete those on your behalf. To ask about them, contact Google Play or Apple support directly.

We never hold your photos or health-related information on any server, so there is no retention period for them: they only ever exist on your device.
