Firstweeks does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. The app works fully offline.
Your check-ins, moods, recovery profile, and notes are stored only on your phone. They never leave your device and are not visible to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes them.
Firstweeks contains no advertising and no third-party SDKs that collect data. We do not sell or share information, because we do not have any.
Firstweeks shares general, educational information to help you know when to reach out to your provider, and offers crisis resources. It is not a medical or mental-health service, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. In an emergency, call 911.
